Britney Spears is in a whirlwind of change. Baby number two was just born. She's dumping hubby and now the pop princess is house hunting in Beverly Hills.
Spears sold her Hollywood Hills home in June 2003 for close to $4 million and purchased a Malibu home which she shared with Kevin Federline, the backup dancer-rapper she married. The Malibu property is described as a traditional style house and cost Spears nearly $6.9 million. It is expected she will market this property once she finds something suitable back in the old neighborhood.
The 9,000 square foot Malibu home has eight bedrooms, eight baths and all the amenities of a mini resort, including a tennis court, pool, spa, gym, gardens and outdoor kitchen. It sits behind gates on just over 1.5 acres.
The former member of the Mickey Mouse Club has sold over 76 million records world wide and at the time of her marriage to Federline in 2004, her net worth was estimated at $32 million.
