Gisele Bundchen owns one of the world's most famous faces. The model is now taking that face out of California and is headed to New York.
Her one story, 4,000 square foot, gated Spanish hacienda in the Sunset Strip area of Los Angeles, recently sold for approximately $4 million. It features a media room, gym, four bedrooms (enough to house Bundchen and her five sisters) plus city views and a pool.
Bundchen is reported to be worth $150 million and the Guinness World Records book notes her as the world's richest supermodel. Her storied relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio ended in 2005. During their time together, People magazine called them the 'Most Beautiful Couple in the World.'
The supermodel was discovered in a Brazilian shopping mall at the age of 14 and has since gone on to appear on the covers of nearly every major international fashion magazine. She's modeled for Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Lanvin and Vogue Eyewear and is the spokesmodel for Christian Dior and Ralph Lauren. Her own line of shoes, called Ipanema Gisele Bundchen, has sold more than 100 million pairs in six years.
