Artists Eager To Learn Fans' Pick For ACM Entertainer Of The Year
Ronnie Dunn of Brooks and Dunn says he is interested to see how things are different with the fans choosing the Academy of Country Music's Entertainer of the Year winner. He notes that since it's an online vote only a certain segment of the fans will actually be picking the honoree.
Members of Rascal Flatts, one of the nominees, says they think it's a great idea for fans to get to vote on the event's top honor, because it's the fans who buy the tickets, come to the shows, and know what's going on out on the road. The other nominees for the night's biggest award are Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, George Strait, and Keith Urban. Fans can vote through Sunday at 10:40 p.m. Eastern at www.acmvote.com. The winner will be announced on the 43rd ACM Awards Sunday on CBS. Reba McEntire hosts the show, which will air live from Las Vegas, Nevada. |
