Amy Winehouse Will Not Face Charges For Video
British singer Amy Winehouse is off the hook when it comes to her appearance in a controversial video. The 24-year-old's rep tells "People" that Winehouse, who was arrested last week in London for alleged possession of a controlled drug stemming from footage which allegedly showed her smoking crack cocaine, will not face any charges in the matter. The singer is due in a Norway court in January to appeal a fine for an unrelated marijuana possession charge. Two weeks ago, Winehouse was arrested on suspicion of assault after being accused of head butting a man outside of a London bar. She was ultimately released with a warning. Earlier this year, Winehouse won five Grammy Awards. |
