Vanessa Hudgens Buys House For Over Two-Million
The "High School Musical" paychecks appear to be paying off for Vanessa Hudgens. According to "The LA Times," the 19-year-old singer-actress just purchased her first home for two-point-seven-million-dollars. The old-world Tuscan style house is located in Studio City, California, which is home to the likes of pop star Britney Spears, who recently put her house on the market. Hudgens' new house originally had an asking price of more than three-point-two million, but due to the housing crisis the actress and singer snapped up the home with a lower price. The six-bedroom property comes with a Pebble Tec pool and spa, waterfalls, a cabana and a barbecue island. Hudgens' new home also includes a built in wine cellar, but she will likely have to wait a couple of years to make use of it, given that she's still under the legal drinking age of 21.
The teenager plays the role of Gabriella Montez in "High School Musical 3: Senior Year," which hits the big screen October 24th. She also has two albums available in stores now. |
