"Hannah Montana" Co-Creator Sues Disney For Nearly A Million
The man who allegedly "inspired" Disney's hit show "Hannah Montana" is suing the network for nearly one-million-dollars. Michael Poryes co-created the show that stars teen queen Miley Cyrus. According to TMZ.com, Poryes filed suit Monday in a federal court claiming he hasn't received his percentage of the earnings from the "Hannah Montana" books, merchandising, and films. The amount of money he seeks includes compensatory damages, punitive damages, interest, and court costs. |
