Rascal Flatts Giving Playground To Alabama School
Rascal Flatts will be in Alabama next week, but not for a concert. That's where the trio has decided to build a new playground, in conjunction with their Academy of Country Music/The Home Depot Humanitarian Award. The guys received the honor at the ACM Awards earlier this year. Band members Jay DeMarcus, Gary LeVox, and Joe Don Rooney are expected to join 175 Home Depot volunteers for the construction project, taking place next Wednesday at Princeton Alternative Elementary School in Birmingham. But Rascal Flatts is currently on the road. The trio will be performing in St. Paul, Minnesota Friday night. Taylor Swift is also on the bill. |
