Cheng Takes A Breath
Things are improving daily for Deftones bassist Chi Cheng. The latest update reveals that Chi is now able to control his own breathing, even though he remains hooked up to a respirator. The bassist's mother Jeanne adds that she told Chi of all those praying and waiting for him to wake up and he responded with his eyes moving underneath his eyelids. She added that Fieldy from Korn was one of Chi's visitors, and he left with some kind words and thoughts. As for her daily good deed, she says, quote, "Please think everything through today, both the insignificant as well as the important. Make positive choices and be aware of the consequences of your actions. Doing this will make you and those around you better." |
