Britney Spears Cleared Over Baby's Hospital Visit
Britney Spears isn't being deemed "negligent" after her son's hospital visit over the weekend. An attorney for Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline says he won't be seeking an explanation for the incident in court. Mark Vincent Kaplan says that, while they are still unsure as to what sparked two-year-old Jayden's reaction, he and Federline are pleased it was noticed quickly enough for the toddler to be taken care of. He adds that Federline has no plans to take Spears to court over the incident, quote, "as of now." Jayden was rushed to the hospital during Britney's first trip out of California with her two sons since losing custody of them earlier this year. She traveled with Jayden and three-year-old Preston to Kentwood, Louisiana for a family gathering. After some deliberation, the former couple's respective lawyers allowed Britney to take the kids out of state alone. |
