Busboy Sues Justin Timberlake's New York Restaurant
Justin Timberlake's New York restaurant is giving the pop star some grief. A former busboy at the Southern Hospitality BBQ in Manhattan is suing the eatery for allegedly cheating staff out of tips, proper pay and overtime. He claims Timberlake and two of his business partners stole employees' tips and refused to pay minimum wage. The ex-employee, who worked at the restaurant from June 2007 to June of this year, has filed the suit on behalf of 50 other employees. |
