There For The College Crowd
There For Tomorrow is getting a good jump on their career. At present the band is promoting an EP, which was solid enough to catch the ears of listeners at mtvU. This past week the group won the Breaking Woodie honor at the mtvU Woodie Awards after having two clips spinning in heavy rotation over the past year. Bassist Jay Enriquez says he and his band mates like the MTV attention. Guitarist Christian Climer says one of the best things for him has been the support from his college age pals, who constantly call him every time they see the band on mtvU. Singer Maika Maile says that even though music is their main priority, they have taken pride in their first clips. She notes that the band's first promo was pretty much a do-it-yourself effort, which gives them thrills that it has been recognized. There For Tomorrow is currently working on their first full-length disc, due next year.
