Obama Preps Another Town Hall On Healthcare
(Washington, DC) -- President Obama hosts another town hall-style meeting on healthcare reform today. White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said it's part of an ongoing dialogue on "how to move healthcare reform forward."
In his daily briefing, Gibbs sidestepped numerous questions about legislative maneuvering on healthcare reform. Gibbs said the President is closely watching moves in Congress and will be flexible about what comes out of the process. Gibbs repeatedly declined efforts to get him to talk about how to pay for sweeping healthcare reform. |
