(London) -- For couples wanting to conceive, here's some advice: Have sex every day. An Australian study shows that daily sex improves sperm quality. In the past, doctors have suggested men not have sex for a few days before trying to conceive, thinking it would increase the odds of pregnancy. Researchers now theorize sperm quality is not compromised because the exposure to reactive oxygen molecules in the testicular ducts is minimal.
