Obama: Healthcare Reform Is "Not Over"
(Nashua, NH) -- President Obama insists healthcare reform is "not over." At a town hall-style meeting in New Hampshire, the President made another strong pitch for sweeping healthcare reform, which is stalled in Congress. He argued health insurance reform is about "90-percent done" in the House and Senate. Making football references, Obama said the controversial issue is in "overtime" and is "on the five-yard line." He stressed it's time to "punch it through." As for growing public anxiety, the President called healthcare reform a "big, complex" issue that can easily "scare the daylights out of people." |
