Bill Signed In Wisconsin To Limit BPA Use
(Madison, WI) -- Wisconsin has become the third state to ban BPA in baby bottles and cups for children age three and younger. Governor Jim Doyle signed the bill into law on Wednesday. The law bans the manufacture and wholesale of such items and requires that such bottles and cups be labeled "BPA Free." The law goes into effect in June. Minnesota and Connecticut have passed similar laws banning the chemical for children's products. |
