Lady Gaga Explains Scenes In "Telephone" Video
Lady Gaga is talking about her new "Telephone" video. She explained some of the ideas behind the clip while on the air with Ryan Seacrest on Monday. About the sandwich-making scene, Gaga says she understands it more in hindsight. The singer says, quote, "The way that it works into the video and the commentary on being overfed communication, advertisements, and food in this country, it kind of makes sense by the end." Gaga also explains the Coke can curlers she's seen wearing in the women's prison scene. She says, quote, "My mom used to do that when I was a kid, 'cause if we didn't have any rollers in the house she'd slice up some Coke cans and then she'd heat them up and pin them in her hair." Lady Gaga just announced her summer tour dates on Monday. She will be hitting North America starting with Montreal on June 28th. |
