The Klaxons Make A Sober Decision
Music from the Klaxons may be a little bit "out there," but fortunately for fans, the band will be "all there" while performing. Singer and bassist Jamie Reynolds tells Gigwise.com that the group has made the decision to remain sober while performing. He says, quote, "We've actually figured out that we can play these songs and we're going on stage sober and playing them to their best, playing into the songs, whereas before we were just a train wreck." The group credits their "Surfing The Void" producer Ross Robinson with showing them the difference. Reynolds adds, quote, "That was our approach to making the record, and it's just continued into the performing of the record and it's making all the old ones sound better and the new ones sounding great. It's exciting for us at this point in time." |
